Guidelines:
1. Select the document type from the Dropdown menu.
2. Enter the reference number(s) in the fields on the left and click the trace button.
3. Click on the
icon to see the details of a particular shipment.
4. Click on the

icon to view the available document(s).
5. Safety and Privacy:
Images and sensitive information won't be available unless you're logged in AND
have the proper rights to see the document.
Warning for users with Popup Blockers active on their
systems:
Popup blockers will prevent you to see any document.
Please change your settings to
Allow Popups for this site or
Press and Hold the Control key
on your keyboard while the image's been loaded.
Depending on your connection speed, it may take up to a minute to display the selected
document.
