Dear Bullet Customer,
After 25 years as a premium service transportation and logistics company we are
excited to announce Bullet Freight Systems has been acquired by Bullet Transportation Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Roadrunner
Transportation Services Holdings, Inc. This is an excellent fit for the two
companies and will prove very beneficial to our customers.
Bullet Freight Systems’ Southern California, Pacific Northwest and our Caliber
Logistics customers will not experience any changes in price or the level of
premium service provided by our operations, sales or customer service
departments. In fact, you will be interacting with the same individuals you have
come to depend upon through the years. The same familiar professionals – whether
they are account executives, customer service representatives, dispatchers, or
drivers – will all still be providing you with outstanding service and their
personal commitment to excellence.
Also, Bullet’s Chicago customers will not experience any changes in the level of
premium service provided, but there may be a change in sales personnel.
The Bullet Freight Systems Chicago terminal and operations will be integrated
with the Roadrunner Transportation Services’ Chicago terminal in the near
future.
